After School Registration

Two Step Registration Process

The After School is a full year program including community celebrations and events. Please print and mail the form with a check for $700, one half the full tuition. Second payment of $700 is due in January. New students may enroll during the year and tuition is pro-rated.

Tuition assistance: CJL may be able to offer modest tuition support for families demonstrating financial need. Please contact Alison with a financial range that you are requesting before the semester payment is due. After School tuition for the year is $1400. Please note that as funds are limited, the award may not match the request. We will do our best!

Policies

Inclement Weather
When Northampton schools are closed for inclement weather, the after school my be cancelled as well. If the roads are clear in the afternoon, we may meet. Parents will be contacted the evening before or the morning of the class.

Missed Classes
Please note there are no discounts or refunds for missed classes.

Withdrawal from Program
Pro-rated refunds for classes are issued as follows:
After week 1 - 80% of tuition
After week 2 - 73% of tuition
After week 3 - 66% of tuition
After week 4 - 60% of tuition
There are no tuition refunds after the fourth week.
